Overview: Almanac is Minnesota's longest-running primetime TV program in the state's history, and one of the most respected television offerings in the region. When it debuted in 1984, Almanac upended the traditional public affairs format by combining balanced reporting, thoughtful analysis, and a one-of-a-kind mix of Midwest quirkiness. Almanac is hosted by Cathy Wurzer and Eric Eskola. Mary Lahammer contributes political reporting, Kaomi Lee covers the Greater Minnesota beat with Kyeland Jackson providing data stories on racial disparities.
