Host Eric Adjepong welcomes three chocolatiers from Tennessee, Florida and California to the arena to take on classically trained Chef Alex Guarnaschelli in a competition for dessert domination. The chefs must strategize what ingredients to use in round one in hopes of knocking Chef Alex out of the competition. In round two, the remaining chefs rely on their knowledge of chocolate work to vie for the top spot and the chance to win $10,000 as awarded by judges Valerie Gordon and Jonathan Grahm. |
